1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your preferred product, choose the required options (if applicable), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment to confirm your order.
2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible only before your order is processed for dispatch. Please contact our customer support immediately.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.

- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities: 4–7 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
5. Do you provide free shipping?
We frequently offer free shipping during promotional campaigns and on eligible orders. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.
7. Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.
8. Do you offer international shipping?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Many of our collections feature handcrafted details created by skilled artisans. Slight variations in weave, embroidery, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.
16. Why does the product colour look different?
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
17. How should I care for my saree?
Care instructions vary by fabric. We recommend following the Product Care Guide provided with your purchase.
18. Are all products in stock?
Product availability is updated regularly. However, during high-demand periods, some products may become unavailable.

19. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account, however, allows you to track orders and manage your purchase history more conveniently.
20. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
