Cancellation Policy

At RAS WEAVES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our Cancellation Policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
- If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled without any cancellation charges.
- A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to receive the order after dispatch, you may refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, subject to eligibility.
3. Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Orders for customized, personalized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
These products are specially prepared based on customer requirements and therefore are not eligible for cancellation.
4. Cancellation by RAS Weaves
In certain situations, RAS Weaves reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Payment verification failure.
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Orders that violate our Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel your prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation request has been approved:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in future COD orders being restricted or declined.
