Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At RAS WEAVES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering premium handcrafted sarees and ethnic wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product should be in its original condition without any damage.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or altered products.
- Products with removed tags.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must meet the return eligibility conditions.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
- A product with missing accessories
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
6. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval.
- Our courier partner may arrange pickup where available.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to our return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund.
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged product, manufacturing defect), return shipping will be borne by RAS Weaves.
- If the return is requested due to personal preference, size issue, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or specially made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
9. Colour & Handcrafted Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, print placement, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
Product colours may also vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or photography.
10. Processing Time
- Return Request Review: 1–2 Business Days
- Pickup/Return Transit: 3–7 Business Days
- Quality Inspection: 1–2 Business Days
- Refund Processing: 5–7 Business Days
